What if you send me the wrong thing?

Hopefully not. But again accidents can happen and never say never. If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, or have misrepresented the offering with an incorrect picture or description - we'll modestly accept we've stumbled and sort out the situation promptly with a replacement or full refund. What if it’s broken?

We don’t have products which breaks. But if you received the product faulty from us or if there is a manufacturer fault, then we will replace it. If you broke the product, then we will ask you to re-read the instructions for the future.

Does returning products purchased online work the same as in normal shops?

Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by us or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five days of receipt. In such an instance, we will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes there is. For all the products we offer 1 year warranty. If you have any concerns, please contact us here.

What do I do if I don’t receive my package?

We hope it won’t happen. But never say never. We will try to sort it out and...we’ll make it up to you somehow. Don’t worry!

How often do you get new products?

We are constantly searching for new cool and innovative baby/toddler gadgets. Please visit out website regularly to see what other brands are coming in!

How much do you charge for shipping?

Free for all orders above R350, no matter how big the item is. We just hope you’ll spread the word about us!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Between 1 and 3 days. If you are living in remote places that are not normally serviced by our courier, we will deliver via Post Office or to the nearest town to you that is accessible.

If you put an order in and it happens to run out of stock, then we will make sure we make it up to you.

 

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. We know this is a worry for some people, especially first-timers. But, all we can say is yes, they're safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page and no credit card details are stored.
